Dr. Megan Baldassarre is a one of approximately thirty board- certified neuropsychologists* practicing in the greater Chicagoland area. She is an expert diagnostician who has evaluated thousands of patients over the course of her career; she has been described as a master of the intimate art and precise science of neuropsychology. Dr. Baldassarre was raised in the western suburbs and is thrilled to return to provide service to this community. She graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign before obtaining her doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. During her graduate training, she held clinical and technical positions at University of Chicago Medical Center, Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease Center at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, University of Illinois Medical Center, Loyola University Medical Center, and Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. Dr. Baldassarre completed both her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where she specialized in neuropsychology and brain imaging. Prior to opening Riverside Psychology, she worked for two years developing the neuropsychology clinic at Advocate Memory Center and for five years embedded within a neurology private practice.
